Baguio Botanical Garden
Hi there! π I'm Benj and welcome to another Philippines Travel Guide where I share DIY and budget-friendly guides on how to travel to all 82 provinces of the Philippines!
In this guide, we will be exploring Baguio Botanical Garden in the province of Benguet!
Introduction
Baguio Botanical Garden is usually the last stop after visiting Mines View Park, The Mansion, and Wright Park.
However, this place is huge!
I decided to dedicate half a day to visit every corner and waited for the lights to turn on at night.
Please check the full Baguio travel guide to know more tourist spots in Baguio.

πΏ PMSEA Garden

My favorite because it was the most quiet spot during my visit!

Perfect for introverts like me! π

β©οΈ Japanese Tunnel and Garden

The tunnel was used to store the weapons of the Japanese army.

You can enter the tunnel if you're adventurous. I tried going a few meters inside and went out immediately! π

There's also a Japanese-inspired cafe and snackhouse in the garden area.

πͺ· Tala Garden

Another beautiful bridge!

Surrounded by giant flowers and butterflies, lotus plants, and cowboy boots.

This is located in front of the I β€οΈ Baguio sign, comfort room, Igorot costume rental, and cactus garden.

πͺ» Milflores Garden

The flowers in Atok are also available here.

This is the Philippine-Thailand Friendship Garden.

The replica of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.

Wide view of the garden and the giant bear
π€ Filipino-Chinese Friendship Garden

The garden is a symbol of the friendship and cultural exchange between the Filipino and Chinese communities.

The area features Chinese-style structures.

πΌ Panda and the 12 Zodiac Animals

Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat or Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, Pig

πΊ More Flower Gardens
Orchid Garden

It was raining and super gloomy during my visit. I wasn't able to salvage my dark photos.

Dwarf Cosmos Garden

I love the beautiful walkway with flowers as sunshade.

π½ The Most Beautiful Restroom

This is the most beautiful and cleanest restroom I've seen so far!

The entrance is well landscaped.

π΅ Cactus Garden

Located just beside the restroom.

Visit this spot when the sun is not too hot.

The roof is only made of transparent plastic.

π¦Ί Igorot Costume

The costume can be rented for P50. Unli picture but may be limited to 30 minutes if there are lot of guests.
πΈ Plants and Flowers For Sale

Yes! You can purchase and take home some plants and flowers you love on the garden.

Succulent plants are priced at 3 for P100.

Other plants and flowers start at P100 and can go as high as P3,000.

βοΈ Cute Cafe

I discovered a cute cafe while heading towards the exit and located beside the Orchid Garden.

π Meals and Snacks

If you ever get hungry while exploring the garden, you'll find food stalls both inside and at the exit lane.

Price ranges:
π₯ Siomai (P50+)

Similar to the food stalls, you'll find souvenir shops both inside and at the exit lane.

Souvenirs like keychains (11 for P100), delicacies (6 for P100), jams (P100 or 3 for P200), and handicrafts.

π‘ Lights at Night

This is why you need to visit in the afternoon. Wait for the sunset and the lights to turn on.
